1. Services & Bookings
Henna by Rissa offers henna services, event experiences, educational trainings, and mentorship programs. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Appointments, events, and trainings are only secured once payment or deposit (if applicable) has been received.

2. Payments & Deposits

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment may be required in advance for certain services, trainings, or mentorships.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.


3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments and trainings may be rescheduled with advance notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits.

  • Event and mentorship cancellations are subject to individual agreements outlined at booking


4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, designs, course materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of Henna by Rissa and Rissa Academy.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Henna by Rissa uses natural henna products; however, clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to service.
Henna by Rissa is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy
 
Henna by Rissa values your time and ours. Please review the following refund and cancellation policies carefully before booking services, events, or training programs.

Appointments & Services

  • All appointments require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.


Events & Group Bookings

  • Event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to secure the date.

  • Deposits for events are non-refundable.

  • Event rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

  • Final balances are due prior to the event date as outlined in your booking agreement.


Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Henna by Rissa. Any approved exception does not establish a precedent for future refunds.

Florida Consumer Notice
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in accordance with Florida business practices.
