Booking & Cancellation Policy
A deposit or full payment is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Event and group bookings are subject to separate booking terms and agreements.
