Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy A deposit or full payment is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Event and group bookings are subject to separate booking terms and agreements. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to Henna by Rissa’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
